1991 Harley-Davidson Low Rider FXRS, Low Rider Convertible, FXRSCONV. One owner, very good condition, original paint Bright Candy Ruby with 29,000 miles. Only engine mods are Dyno-jet kit and S/E high flow air cleaner. Currently equipped with touring seats and tall upright, engine guard, luggage rack, windshield and saddle bags all parts are OEM. Have all original factory parts, seats, upright, etc. to convert to factory stock. Additional parts included include new never installed model specific windshield and saddle bags. Q3 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Results
Fri, 01 Nov 2013Motorcycle and scooter sales in the U.S. in 2013 remain consistent with last year’s figures, according to data released by the Motorcycle Industry Council. Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.

Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation
Thu, 17 May 2012Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
