selling at NO RESERVE!!!!! what I have is a very nice very clean 1976 flh Harley-davidson shovel head. runs and drives amazing, numbers matching, odometer reads 15,734 but have no idea if that is accurate, I bought this bike 4 years ago and did all the work to it. of course it has oil leaks like all these old shovels but it runs and drive like it should. I love this bike and the only reason i am selling is because I have another shovel and a new road glide. new tires, brakes, cables, battery, seat, lots of new chrome, new fishtail pipes, handlebars 16" apes brand new, new rear fender sand blasted and painted. new chain, new grips and controls, more than $12,000 invested in this bike and can be yours if you are the highest bidder!!! $500 deposit due immediately the rest paid in full upon pick up, the bike must be picked up within 3 days unless another option is worked out between me and you. Pope Francis To Auction Harley-Davidson For Charity
Mon, 21 Oct 2013During Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary celebrations earlier this year, Pope Francis was given not one, but two Harley-Davidsons, a 2013 Heritage Softail Classic and Dyna Super Glide Custom. Not one for gaudy excess (or a motorcycle ride for that matter), Pope Francis has decided to put both up for auction. Specifically, the Pope has donated the bikes to the Caritas charity near Rome.
Harley-Davidson and Marvel Comics Team Up Again for Iron Man 3
Mon, 08 Apr 2013Harley-Davidson and Marvel Comics are teaming up once more for another cross-promotional promotion, this time in support of the upcoming film “Iron Man 3“. Harley-Davidson had previously worked with Marvel for last year’s “The Avengers” and before that, with 2011′s “Captain America: The First Avenger“. For the third installment of the Iron Man series starring Robert Downey Jr., Harley-Davidson and Marvel announced the “Iron Man 3 – Man & Machine” contest.
