1975 Harley Davidson Electra Glide FLH with sidecar. I am 2nd owner and have owned since 1996. Unit is original with original Paint and mufflers. Only 8358 Original miles! Motorcycle has been maintained by my friends at Riverside Cylce in Philadelphia for last 16 yrs. Runs fine. Starts good, no smoke, ready to drive. Never been wrecked, but does have scratches and dings here and there from being stored in garages for last 37 yrs. Original windshield included. This is an original, unrestored, unmolested bike. Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation
Thu, 17 May 2012Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
“The Meet” Vintage Motorcycle Show This Saturday

While festivities will begin on Friday evening, America’s Car Museum (ACM) will host the third annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Organizers expect 450 vintage motorcycles and scooters from all over the nation to attend.
Detroit Police Department Restores 1937 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead
Fri, 13 Dec 2013The Detroit Police Department revealed a restored a 1937 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead police bike that was found during the move to its new headquarters. The 76-year-old police motorcycle was found disassembled at the old headquarters after several decades in storage. According to MLive, the police department attempted to restore the motorcycle in 1974 but never got around to completing it.
