This bike is all Harley Davidson. It has a wish-bone frame that has a gas tank molded in and a total molded frame. The motor is a 74 C.I. completely rebuilt by the famous builder Doc from Patrick Racing top to bottom with one hour on it. He also rebuilt the 4 speed trans from top to bottom. The bike has just been put back together and runs better than ever. (Thanks Doc). It has an S&S G Model carb, a mouse-trap clutch handle, an outside oil filter, enclosed engine to trans belt drive, and chain on final drive. The front end is extended 12 inches over stock and racked 1 1/4 which makes the suspension and handling much better. This bike is a daily rider with looks everywhere it goes. It rides very nice and is smooth. The front tire is an 18 inch on laced Harley wheel and the rear tire is a 16 inch on a laced wheel. Everything has been triple plated including nuts, bolts, screws & brackets, and everything else. The handle bars are low risers with horn button & light switch built in. It has a brand new battery. The bag on the bars has a has a bag of extra parts, a leather chain cover and lock in it. The tool kit between the up-sweeps is full of useful tools just in case. The paint is Candy Tahitian Metal Flake with flames. Also included is the portable carry dolly for easy storage. I have owned this bike for 45 years and I'm just too old for it now. 2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout Recalled for Faulty Fuel Indicators

Thu, 17 Apr 2014

Harley-Davidson is recalling 2013-2014 Breakout models, including CVO versions, because the fuel level indication system may not be properly reading the correct amounts of fuel. As of this publishing, recalls have been announced by government agencies in Australia and Canada; the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has not yet posted a recall but U.S.-based members of the Harley-DavidsonForums.com report American dealerships have already started receiving recall bulletins. According to a recall announcement by Transport Canada, some Breakout and CVO Breakout models may run out of fuel despite the fuel and range indicators indicating there is still enough fuel in the tank.

Shelved Harley-Davidson Penster Tilting Trike Prototypes Revealed

Thu, 04 Aug 2011

The Harley-Davidson Museum has pulled the covers off discarded prototypes of a leaning three-wheeled motorcycle developed by The Motor Company. Harley-Davidson commissioned automobile hot rodding legend John Buttera to build the original prototype (pictured above) in 1998. Codenamed the “Penster”, the Trike looks like it could have been an earlier version of the Can-Am Spyder, but it had a tilting front end similar to the Piaggio MP3.

A Seattle Seahawks-Themed Motorcycle. Why? Because Football. And Charity.

Fri, 23 Aug 2013

With the return of football season upon us (that’s American football for our international readers), we thought it best to feature, what else, but a motorcycle. In this particular case, it’s a Seattle Seahawks-themed custom based on a 2005 Harley-Davidson Road King, the same year the Hawks made it to the Super Bowl. The man behind the custom, award-winning bike builder and Seattle resident, Keith Wong, was approached by Patrick ‘PT’ Town, the founder and executive director of Union Ride & Charity Rally - a charity event to raise money for several non-profits including Northwest Harvest, A.N.E.W., Helmets to Hardhats and the Awareness, Education and Prevention of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in Youth Football.
