Classic 1946 harley-davidson WL done up WR style that runs and rides great with a G motor This old classic has the look and patina/right amount of aged greasy dirty look that really gives the bike the vintage Flathead look without the very high prices the knucks and pans are bringing. We were told the motor was overhauled years back and we feel not a lot of miles ago. Just got the bike checked over and serviced and the service guy even said he hasn't rode one that ran and shifted this good in a long time Ready for your personal touches!! You will not find many like this around, selling only because I have other interests. Miles are not required on this year. trophy and helmet are used for display and will go with the bike. Tires have some weather cracks. It is a very fun bike to ride, please bid with confidence what you see is what you get. ACCEL Stealth Supercoils Now Available For Harley-Davidson Sportsters
Fri, 08 Aug 2014ACCEL today announced the company’s popular motorcycle Stealth SuperCoils will now be available to owners of 2007-2014 Harley-Davidson Sportsters. First introduced in late-2013 for Harley-Davidson Twin-Cam engines, ACCEL’s Stealth SuperCoils provide quicker engine starting and improved throttle response, while hiding all ignition wiring in the head of the self-contained coil pack; eliminating the need for spark plug wires and creating a clean, custom look. In addition to the flat black and natural aluminum finishes, the Sportster Stealth SuperCoils are offered in flat black with polished aluminum edges. Each SuperCoil mounts directly to the spark plug and features a cross-functional cast aluminum cover that also acts as a heat sink, pulling heat away from the cylinder heads.
Harley-Davidson Reports Q3 2013 Sales Results
Mon, 28 Oct 2013Harley-Davidson reported a 15.5% increase in motorcycle sales for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2013 compared to the same quarter last year. The news caps off an important quarter for Harley-Davidson that included the company’s 110th anniversary celebrations and the launch of its 2014 lineup including the new Twin-Cooled engines and Project Rushmore enhancements.
