Harley-Davidson Dyna description

2009 Harley-Davidson Dyna Fat Bob FXDF, I recently wrote this paragraph about another Fat Bob that we have in stock. I figure if you are going to plagiarize someone, it might as well be yourself. It about says it all: Take the time-tested appeal of the Harley Davidson Fat Boy. Add the great agile chassis from the Dyna family. Throw in some of the Street Bobs aggressive good looks, twin head lights, a 16'' front wheel and viola, The Dyna Fat Bob! This is a completely stock motorcycle with very few miles on it. A "FOB" operated security system was installed at the factory and is a useful option. That's it. A 96c.i. V-twin motor and 6 speed transmission provides the go power and triple disc brakes slows it down with authority. This is a great all around Harley. Use it as a cruiser. Tour with it. Take it to the coast (either one). Prove it to yourself with a fun test ride via Simeon, the Internet GURU (A.K.A. "LURCH"). And yes, it is painted Vivid Black the way all Harley's should be.

Built For Speed Art Exhibit To Be Displayed At Sturgis Buffalo Chip

Wed, 23 Jul 2014

“Built for Speed – Race Inspired Motorcycles and Art” is the title of Michael Lichter’s 14th annual “Motorcycles as Art” exhibition in Sturgis this August, which for the second year in a row, will be jointly curated by Michael and Paul d’Orleans of the Vintagent. ‘Built for Speed’ is sure to impress visitors with a beautiful and thought-provoking display of motorcycles and related art, the race-inspired theme making connections between motorcycle racing and custom bike designs inspired by racers. Each custom bike in ‘Built for Speed’ reflects a branch of racing; Speedway, Flat Track, Drag Racing, Board Track,  Grand Prix, Land Speed Record, and will be displayed beside the racing machines suggesting the origins of each style.

Mon, 02 Sep 2013

It’s only been a couple of weeks since Harley-Davidson broke new ground by unveiling new “Twin-Cooled” liquid precision-cooling engine technology its new Project Rushmore suite of customer-driven refinements, but the Motor Company appears to have even more ambitious plans in the works. Speaking at Harley-Davidson’s 110th anniversary celebrations, Chief Operating Officer Matthew Levatich confirmed the company is producing a new 500cc model and opened the possibility of an electric Harley-Davidson somewhere down the line. We’ve previously written about Harley-Davidson’s plans to introduce a new 500cc V-Twin model for the Indian market.
