HAS THE STREET SWEEPER PIPES AND I HAVE THE STOCK EXHAUST TO GO WITH IT. CARBUETOR WAS JETTED,CHANGED FORK SEAL'S,DEAMON WINDSHIELD,ZOMBIE PEGS,FORWARD CONTROLS AND SADDLE BAGS. Fri, 08 Jan 2010Born on January 8th, 1935 in Tupelo, Mississippi, Elvis Aaron Presley would have been 75 years ago today if he was still alive today. As a tribute to “The King” of Rock and Roll, the Harley-Davidson Museum has created a special exhibit, expanding on the semi-permanent collection from Elvis that has been on display since the museum was opened in 2008. The bill of sale, insurance, and registration papers for the 1956 Harley-Davidson KH pictured above will be on display along with the motorcycle that was owned by Elvis and the Graceland Museum has loaned some rare photos for the occasion. Along with Cadillac’s, Elvis had a passion for motorcycles but especially loved his Hogs and rode Harley’s in many of his films, including Roustabout (1964), Viva Las Vegas (1964), Clambake (1967) and Stay Away Joe (1968).

Thu, 11 Apr 2013Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Aerosmith and country artist Toby Keith were introduced as headline performers along with the previously announced Kid Rock for Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary celebration. Each headline concert will be held at the Marcus Amphitheater at the south side of Henry Maier Festival Park (A.K.A. the Summerfest Grounds) in Harley-Davidson‘s hometown Milwaukee.
Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation
Thu, 17 May 2012Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
