Harley-Davidson Dyna description

2005 Harley Davidson FXDCI Dyna Glide custom. It has the 88ci with the 5 spd. Perfect black paint with one tiny dent on rear fender. Has two driving lights on forks. 8" mini apes that are internally wired. New magnum shielding front brake cables and clutch cable for plenty of slack. Aftermarket drag specialties low profile seat. Power commander with drilled stock pipes and screaming eagle stage one intake. I have the windshield and docking kit. Bike runs and drives like new as it only has ~3.8K miles. The bike was never abused and only wet while being washed.

For some time now, Harley-Davidson has been trying to fight the stereotyped image of its customer base as being predominantly older, Caucasian males. Harley-Davidson‘s Stereotypical Harley campaign became a big part of the company’s advertising efforts in 2012, featuring real Harley-Davidson owners and showcasing the large diversity of its riders. Fighting against preconceptions can be difficult but Harley-Davidson has some numbers to prove its motorcycles are popular with other demographics including young adults, women and minorities.

Jury Dismisses Suit Against Harley-Davidson Over ABS Indicator

A Sacramento Superior Court jury has dismissed a lawsuit filed against Harley-Davidson involving a 2009 accident that left one of the plaintiffs with severe brain injuries. Judy Wilson was injured in an April 11, 2009, crash after her husband, Jack, locked the rear wheel of his non-ABS equipped 2008 Harley-Davidson Road Glide. The plaintiffs contended they believed their  was equipped with ABS because the instrument panel had an ABS indicator icon and from the salesperson’s sales pitch.
