1996 Harley Davidson FXDL Dyna Low Rider. Custom paint job. The tank and finders were first sanded down to bare metal. The tank was then sand blasted with a Harley Davidson stensil for the tank emblem to make it stand out from the sanded design. The tank was then painted black around the emblem and then completely covered with a dark clear coat to give it a sleeper HD look only seen in the sunlight. The finders where also painted this way with the sanded metal design down the tops of the front and back finders. The bike has aftermarket drag style handlebars with a 2" up and 2" back measurement. The HD leather saddle bags come with it. Tires are fairly new with probably 80% tread left. No wrecks to my knowledge. Believe to be third owner. Local pickup preferred. 2013 Harley-Davidson Models Revealed in CARB Documents
Fri, 22 Jun 2012The bulk of the 2013 Harley-Davidson model lineup has been revealed in documents released by the California Air Resources Board. While this is a fairly lengthy list of models, it may not be complete as Harley-Davidson sometimes saves a couple of new model announcements for later in the year. Most of the models revealed are returning models but there are a couple of omissions as well as several additions, including new anniversary models celebrating Harley-Davidson’s upcoming 110th anniversary.

Mon, 16 Jan 2012A new display in the Harley-Davidson museum in Milwaukee is set to open at the end of this week exhibiting the artwork of the firm's styling chief Willie G Davidson. As well as being the grandson of the original 'Davidson' and in charge of all Harley's styling, it turns out that Willie G is a dab hand with a paintbrush. According to Harley-Davidson, the display will include “idyllic rural landscapes and still life watercolour paintings with strong luminosity and form that hint at time spent in the countryside during 48 years as the pacesetter in motorcycle design.” The firm's museum has also announced other special exhibits planned for later in the year, including “Journey of the Iron Elite: The Evolution of Motorcycle Culture through the Eyes of African-Americans” and “Born to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket” - a 4000-square-foot display dedicated purely to black biker jackets...
MSF Begins Year-long Real World Motorcycle Safety Study
