INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will ship internationally and in most cases anywhere. Please inquire about shipping cost. Due to customs and weather related issues it can take several weeks for you to receive your item. First Class Mail International only comes with a confirmation number showing it was delivered to the post office and delivered to the destination; it does not come with a tracking number which always you to track each place it goes. If you want to be able to track your package you must pay for Priority Mail. Once items are dropped at the post office refunds will not be issued on lost items. Damaged items can be returned.

SHIPPING TIME

Our shipping time can take several weeks depending upon the item you purchased. Metal Art especially, because in most cases it is made to order. We have only a select few metal art items in stock. Other items can take up to 10 business days to ship. It is possible your item will ship the same day as purchase. We tell you 10 business days because we prefer to be honest and upfront. We do want 100% feedback from you and you’re satisfaction is key to it!

COMBINE SHIPPING

We do offer combine shipping. Most shipping cost is calculated by the items weight others have their own combine shipping rule when buying multiple items of the same thing. If you’re looking at purchasing many items from us please inquire. Please note metal work, shoes, and other items have different combined shipping due to the weight of the items.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES UNLESS OKAYED BEFORE HAND! If you pay for your items with the flat rate shipping option selected without prior approval, an invoice for the remaining amount will be sent to you. This amount must be paid before items will be sent out. If amount is not paid you will receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. We offer the flat rate shipping to save you money on one item, but unfortunately in most cases only the one item fits in the envelope. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If for any reason an item is returned from the postal service due to being undeliverable, no such address, or unable to forward from the address you provided to have it shipped to, you are responsible for either paying the additional shipping charges to forward it to a different address or resending it to the one provided. Otherwise, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all refunds. All other concerns should be taken up with your local post office, mail carrier, or the United States Post Office Consumer Affairs office.

LARGE QUANTITY PURCHASES

If you're interested in purchasing a large number of items message the item numbers and your best offer. I will review your offer as 1 purchase and will highly consider it.

BEST OFFER

I'm happy to consider an offer on any item we have for sale. Some items have very little margin as they've seen several price drops while others do have room. If best offer is not available in the listing, please message me your offer. If I accept you must commit to buy the item through Ebay. I will then send an updated invoice via PayPal. Once paid you're item will be manually marked paid in Ebay. Some best offers are automatically accepted or declined. If you feel for any reason your offer should have been considered after a decline, please message me with your reasons and I will reconsider!

RETURNS

Not all items are returnable; see each individual listing for specifics. If accepted they must be returned within 14 days from date delivered. Delivery confirmation is available through the tracking number provided. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If an unpaid item case was opened before payment was made, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Items which are not eligible for returns can be returned if only grossly misrepresented. Item must be returned in order to receive a full refund.
