Ducati Superbike description

2013 Ducati 1199R MINT CONDITION with 800 miles. Just had 600 service completed by Fast by Ferracci where bike was purchased. In addition to stock carbon pieces I have added Marchesini magnesium gloss black 10 spoke wheels, Brembo full floating rotors, ducati red race chain, Ducati Corse rear sets, Ducati quick turn gas cap, fender eliminator kit, ducati red oil plug, race grips, carbon generator cover, ti bar ends, Ducati race seat, Ducati CF tank pad. Have all spare parts, manuals and stock exhaust. Race pipe and flash installed along with race screen. Bike is trick with the gloss wheels and gold carriers on the front rotors which are 5.5 mm thick, 1 mm thicker than stock rotors. Wheels were 3400, rotors were 800 and rear sets were 1000. Price o the bike was 30k plus accessories bring the hard price to almost 36.500.00 Stock  bikes are still fetching retail price of 30k plus 525 set up.  Call me at 917-256-9664 to discuss.  Bike is in upstate NY now but can be brought to northern VA area.

Ducati Signs Chaz Davies and Davide Giugliano to WSBK Factory Team

Ducati announced the signing of Chaz Davies and Davide Giugliano to race on the 1199 Panigale for the World Superbike Championship. The two riders will race for Ducati’s full factory team, which will operate without Team Alstare, which ran Ducati’s WSBK program this season. Both Davies and Giugliano have signed two-year contracts with Ducati.

While the motorcycle world is eagerly waiting for the new 2015 Ducati Scrambler to go on sale, Japanese Speedtractor customizers are reinventing their scrambler from a Bolognese brand donor. The motorcycle is based on the 1988 Ducati 750 Sport. The previous owner bought it in the mid-1990s to ride on the track, but after the first Sunday race, he parked the bike in the garage for several years for some reason.

Provisional 2012 World Superbike Championship Entry List Released

The International Motorcycling Federation has released a preliminary entry list for the 2012 World Superbike Championship. The preliminary list includes 24 entries representing six manufacturers: Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. Noticeably absent is Yamaha which announced last summer it would pull out of WSBK racing.
