After much deliberation, I am selling my 2012 848 EVO because I just got engaged and I have not really been riding it anymore. This is my 4th Ducati and possibly my favorite! Bike only has 4K miles on it and I am the second owner—first owner purchased new at a dealer in California. The bike has several cosmetic and performance upgrades:Competition Werkes Slip-On Exhaust (by far the meanest note you can get out of an aftermarket slip-on for this bike)...see video; Competition Werkes Fender Eliminator Kit—license plate is tucked neatly inside the rear wheel well and turn signals are integrated into the brake lights; HID kit for headlights and red "eyebrows"; Woodcraft shift lever. Bike has always been garage kept, has not been to the track, has not been dropped. There are no visible cosmetic defects--upon close inspection you will find a superficial scratch and a small bubble on the tank (see pics). Title is owned free and clear. Official: Dovizioso and Ducati Ink Deal
Wed, 22 Aug 2012Ducati announced today that it has reached an agreement with MotoGP rider Andrea Dovizioso that will see the 26-year-old Italian racing with Ducati in the 2013-14 seasons. Dovi, as he’s commonly referred to by fans, recently finished in third place at the Indianapolis GP on August 19. The Monster Yamaha Tech 3 Team rider currently sits in fourth place in overall standings.
