LOW MILEAGE. Immaculate condition. I am the second owner of this bike and just never had the time to ride it. Right now it's loaded with upgrades and priced to sell. After market pieces are: -Tinted windshield -Carbon fiber QUAD D exhaust -Carbon front fender -Carbon exhaust shield -Ducati after market racing seat -Hard solo seat -Billet open clutch cover -Billet clutch basket -Billet clutch springs/buttons -Adjustable clutch and brake levers -Integrated tail light/turn signals -Red under body lights -Helmet lock -Battery tender As you can see from the pictures the tires have full tread on them. You will find other 1098's for sale but check mileage and upgrades before you compare the price. I believe this is a fair market price so I will not entertain any low offers as I do not need to sell this bike. When I bought this bike I had to have payment in hand before I rode it so new buyer will have to do the same. Its sitting in my garage under a cover up on two axle stands waiting for a new owner. |

Mon, 23 Apr 2012The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. Mac Motorcycles
Thu, 28 May 2009British motorcycle design studio Xenophya Design and product designer Ellis Pitt have teamed up to produce a new company, Mac Motorcycles. Based out of Upton-Upon-Severn in Worcestershire, England, Mac Motorcycles will produce a line of bikes powered by Buell’s air-cooled single cylinder 492cc engines used in the Blast, with a tubular backbone frame. On the company’s website, Pitt describes its bikes as being simple to maintain, include references and details from choppers and bobbers and feature “Harley posture, flat-track manners, Ducati handling”.

Wed, 27 Apr 2011The MotoGP circus moves into it's tenth appearance at the Estoril circuit, with the Portugease circuit playing host to a Grand Prix event in each of the previous nine years since the introduction of the four-stroke MotoGP formula at in 2002. Below is a reminder of the highlights of the previous nine MotoGP races held at Estoril: 2002 – Having won the last 500cc GP race at Estoril in 2001, Valentino Rossi (Honda) won the first of the MotoGP races held at the circuit. This was a race that was run in very wet conditions and Sete Gibernau had led for most of the race only to crash out with four laps to go.
