Ducati Superbike description

Bike is in immaculate condition both mechanically and cosmetically. It is kept covered and stored in my heated garage. It has never been on the track or seen any type of operational, mechanical or cosmetic damage. It has never been loaned or rented to anyone. At 2160 miles the bike has gone through its break in period and has many miles ahead of it. The pictures clearly reflect its condition. The bikes engine, frame and electrical system have not been modified in any way. As far as body parts, I replaced the rear view mirrors with a set of extended mirrors. The stock mirrors may look "cooler" but as most Superbike owners will testify, they are completely useless. I still have the stock mirrors.
Exhaust: Full Termignoni Carbon Fiber
Petals: Gilles VCR38gt rear sets - a great investment for those of us who wear anything over a size 11 shoe.
Levers: Standard length CRG "Roll-A-Click" flip up levers
Front fender: Carbon Fiber
Additional: Bike has both clear and smoked windshield, optional as well as standard rear seat cover and Ducati's cloth logo cover.

MotoGP Lifts Rookie Rule, Caps Factory Prototype Entries and Adjusts Other Regulations

Fri, 29 Jun 2012

As expected, MotoGP organizers have officially lifted the rule barring rookies from racing for factory teams, but the Grand Prix Commission also tweaked some other regulations including a cap on factory prototype machines. We’ve discussed the lifting of the rookie rule already, with the main impetus being to allow a manufacturer such as Honda to sign up-and-coming Moto2 star Marc Marquez when he is expected to move up to the premiere class next season.
