Ducati Superbike description

Hello Folks!

I am selling my 2000 Ducati 996 Monoposto. This is the best riding machine on the face of the planet. I am the 3rd owner and have met the previous owner, who has the same love for the bike as myself. There are years and years worth of service papers for the bike, including a $2000 tune-up at ACE Motorsports in Concord in the spring. They rebuilt the suspension and front forks, re-set the timing, replaced all the fluids, rebuilt the top end(including new gaskets, rings, and set valve timing), and put a brand new battery in.

French Moto Website Anticipates Versys 1000 at EICMA 2011

Mon, 24 Oct 2011

Musings of a liter-size engined Kawasaki Versys have circulated the web for a few years now, as loyalists of the likable Versys 650, as well as displacement-driven riders waiting in the wings, have pondered the potential of a more powerful adventure bike from Kawasaki that’s in the same league as BMW’s R1200GS and Yamaha’s Super Tenere. Alas, nothing of the sort has ever left the lips of Kawasaki, let alone go into production. Recently, however, the French motorcycle website, Moto-net.com, has produced convincing images that appear like photos of a complete Versys 1000, including matching hard luggage.

Casey Stoner to Retire After 2012 MotoGP Season

Thu, 17 May 2012

Two-time MotoGP World Champion Casey Stoner has announced he will retire following the end of the 2012 season. Rumors of Stoner’s impending retirement plans have been floating around for weeks with the 26-year-old Repsol Honda racer saying he will continue racing until he no longer enjoyed it. That seems to be the case now as the 2007 and 2011 MotoGP Champion announced he will retire at a press conference ahead of this weekend’s French Grand Prix at Le Mans.
