1999 Ducati Superbike on 2040-motos
Ducati Superbike tech info
Ducati Superbike description
Selling my rocket. Clean title in hand. Low miles, excellent condition with lots of upgrades (carbon front & rear fenders, custom seat, candy apple red powder coated wheels, Termignoni exhaust, custom turn signals). Bike has spent it's life in a climate controlled garage, never seen the rain, and only been serviced by Ducati dealers... it needs nothing. It's never been down (I bought it with 1,000 miles on it from a guy in NC). A unique head turner that is a BLAST to drive. I'm sad to part with it... but it's gotta go (I'm moving and I have to get rid of some toys). Call or text me if you have any questions at all / Adam Taylor / 978-761-8788
BTW - the stickers you see on the plastics (which are in excellent condition) will peel right off if you don't like them (I think they're cool!) |

Rossi 'training' at his MotoRanch
Mon, 30 Jan 2012Like Kenny Roberts, Valentino Rossi has got his own ranch where he has built his own private motocross track and dirt oval. The above YouTube video shows Rossi training on the flat-track circuit that makes up his 'MotoRanch' located near his home town of Tavullia. He's shown riding a Yamaha, but that's probably because Ducati don't have themselves a scrambler.
2014 Ducati 899 Panigale Spied
Mon, 19 Aug 2013Spy photographers have snapped images of what is reportedly a pre-production version of the rumored 2014 Ducati 899 Panigale. At first glance, the motorcycle pictured appears to be the familiar Ducati 1199 Panigale until you look at the swingarm. This sportbike has a double-sided swingarm instead of the single-sided swingarm found on the 1199 Panigale.
Piaggio Opening New Design Center in US
Wed, 14 Mar 2012Piaggio announced it is opening a new design center in Pasadena, Calif., to be headed by Aprilia RSV4 designer Miguel Galluzzi. Roberto Colaninno, chairman and chief executive officer of the Piaggio Group, announced plans for the new Advanced Design Center at a dealer convention for the Piaggio Group Americas in Miami, Fla. At the moment, North American customers usually have to wait a little longer before they receive new Piaggio models, with most models arriving on these shores months after they are available in Europe.
