2009 Ducati 848 Superbike for saleOnly 7777~ miles. Great bike I ride it on the street regularly so the miles may change. I am an avid sportbike rider, and have owned 5+ sport bikes over the years, I take pride in maintaining my machines performing regular maintenance like chain care and oil changes more often than advised. This bike has a rebuilt title due to the foot peg mount on the frame being broken in a lowside from the previous owner. I saw the low speed street crash happen and rode the bike home after the incident. He later sold me the bike after getting money from his insurance because the crash scared him, this is why the small crash was reported and it is on the title. I only had to replace the clip on that was a little bent and the foot peg mount on the frame and the rearset. I have the Texas registration so the bike is legal for you to license no problem I just have the Oregon plate still because it isn't expired yet. Note: blue on the rear wheel is just gorilla tape holding on the balancing weights. I also have a Catalyst racing composites racing tail section. FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013
Tue, 19 Feb 2013The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
New 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale Spy Photos
Mon, 26 Sep 2011New spy photos have emerged giving the clearest look yet at the upcoming 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale. Uploaded by a user on the Ducati.ms forum, the photographs show the Ducati 1199 Panigale still with some camouflaging but the clarity of the images offer a good idea of the overall fairing design as well as a look at the underslung Termignoni exhaust. Of course, the Internet being what it is, the new spy photos have elicited comments about the test rider’s size, but as a larger rider myself, I find it’s a nice change to see how a motorcycle looks for different body types.
