Based on the 1198 Superbike's power plant, the Testastretta 11 has superbike levels of power but with improved reliability and more time between major service intervals. Another amazing feature of the. The Multistrada 1200S Touring standard with 4 different riding modes Sport, Touring, Urban, Enduro. Each mode changes the levels of horse power, throttle response, traction control, suspension and ABS. All these rider aids can be adjusted as well to suit each rider s preferences. The Touring edition also comes standard with heated grips, 57 liters of side luggage and a center stand for practicality. Updates for 2013 include new fairing, new wind screen, new LED headlight, Dual Spark motor, and Ducati's semi-active Skyhook suspension. Jeremy Toye Wins 92nd Running Of Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

On his first attempt at the Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, road racer Jeremy Toye set a record in the premiere Open Class to win the category aboard a 2015 Kawasaki ZX-10R, celebrating the 30th year of the legendary Ninja brand. Prior to setting foot on the hill, Toye was confident he could get among the class leaders, aiming to beat the outright Pikes Peak motorcycle record, which was set by Carlin Dunne in 2012 with a time of 9:52.819. While that record remains intact, Toye was able to set a time of 9:58.687 to win the Open Class, finishing 6sec ahead of his closest rival, Fabrice Lambert aboard a Ducati.

2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale Makes Racing Debut

The 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale made its worldwide racing debut this past weekend, winning a race in Spain and scoring a pole position and a pair of podium finishes in South Africa. Ducati‘s latest sportbike isn’t due to make its international racing debut until the Superstock 1000 Cup race, April 1 at Italy’s Imola circuit, but the 1199 has already found success in domestic racing. Ismael Bonilla (pictured above) of EMS Competicion scored the Panigale’s first win in the opening race of the Castellano-Manchego Championship in Spain at the Albacete circuit last weekend.
