2012 Ducati Monster 796, This is a Ducati Monster with Termignoni exhaust and Ducati Performance ECU installed. The work was done by Advanced Motor Sports in Dallas, TX. You can verify this if that sort of thing matters to you. The motorcycle has low miles (1,750ish) and has had the 600 mi service. It has been broken in hard, and then babied. It has never been dropped. It has always been covered with a roof or weather proof cover. The gear shifter has been changed to GP shifting, but I can switch it back if you are serious. I am selling because I'm moving to the midwest, and it's easier for me to sell my bike and buy a new one than it is to transport it. There's still a lot of good riding season left, and the single sided swing arm gets looks from people everywhere. It has a fender eliminator kit and trickle charge connector. I have the title, the key, the card, and the manuals. Sorry, but I will not accept a payment plan. The price is firm. The 848 Challenge was the talk of the BSB paddock last year due to the close and exciting racing that transfixed audiences throughout the eight rounds as every one of the sixteen races went down to the wire. The successful format of the Ducati 848 Challenge continues with eight rounds and sixteen races, including six British Superbike rounds and two overseas rounds.

Mon, 30 Jul 2012Last month, we wrote about the Diavel Drag Race at World Ducati Week 2012 starring Ducati’s current MotoGP and World Superbike racers and the one and only Troy Bayliss. If you missed it, the retired three-time WSBK Champion Bayliss defeated nine-time Grand Prix Champion Valentino Rossi in the drag race competition on Ducati Diavel Carbons. Our initial post featured a video of highlights from the drag race competition shot by Italian website Motociclismo.it but it was filmed by a single camera from an awkward vantage point.
