2012 Ducati Monster 1100 EVO, This is used Ducati Monster 1100evo ABS with 2,400 miles. The bike is in excellent condition and has only been serviced by BMW/Ducati of Charlotte, NC. The bike was purchased new in October 2011 and I bought a four year extended warranty. The front clutch and brake reservoirs were upgraded with Rizoma black aluminum reservoirs. Effenbert-Liberty Racing Tests Ducati 1199 Panigale Superstock Race Bike
Thu, 16 Feb 2012Our own Kevin Duke is in Abu Dhabi this week to test the 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale, but elsewhere in the world, the Panigale was receiving another shakedown test in Australia. The Effenbert-Liberty race team was at Australia’s Phillip Island circuit to prepare for the 2012 World Superbike Championship and Superstock 1000 Cup. While WSBK racers Sylvain Guintoli and Jakub Smrz tested their Ducati 1198 Superbikes, Superstock racers Brett McCormick and Federico Sandi got their first chance to ride their 1199 Panigale racebikes.

Mon, 23 Jan 2012Italian magazine Motociclismo is one of the largest and most influential motorcycle publications in all of Europe, and they’ve captured this clip of a Ducati test rider running the new 1199 Panigale on the dyno. Rider wearing full gear aside (he even flips down his faceshield!), what sticks out to me is how quickly the new Superquadro engine accelerates through its rev range. I was also impressed at the length it took before the rev limiter was reached.
Guy Martin To Compete In 2014 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb
Tue, 06 May 2014Guy Martin, well known and very popular Isle of Man TT racer and TV personality, has announced he will be competing at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb on Sunday, June 29. Despite being a rookie, Martin is no stranger to “real” road racing. In fact, he’s set quite a lofty goal for himself: to break the motorcycle course record, which currently sits at 9:52.819 by Carlin Dunne aboard a modified Ducati Multistrada in 2012.
