2009 Ducati Monster 1100S, The bike currently has 2900 miles on it. It's in great shape, I've babied it. The 600 mile service was done by Ducati of Omaha and it won't need it's next one until 7500 miles. This is the "S" model, so it comes from the factory with the upgraded Ohlins suspension and various carbon fiber pieces. It's a great bike, but I've got too many toys. Here's a list of upgrades that have been done to the bike. We get the idea, you want to hype your forthcoming product, create an air of anticipation, get our attention so when you finally launch the thing we're all on the edge of our collective seats. Sure, with some products – mobile phones, computer games, whatever – the teaser campaign probably works.

MotoGP to Standardize ECU Software in 2016 Season

MotoGP‘s Grand Prix Commission announced the series will adopt a standardized Engine Control Unit hardware and software programming for all entries starting with the 2016 season. At the moment, all teams are required to use a standard ECU hardware supplied by Magneti Marelli. Teams competing under the Factory option are allowed to use their own proprietary software programming while Open option participants must use standardized software.

Remus launch slip-on for Ducati Diavel

Remus have launched their Hypercone slip-on kit for the Ducati Diavel. It's almost 5kg lighter than the stock exhaust and helps the Diavel gain 5bhp over the stock system too. The slip-on reduces what some designers call 'the visual weight' of the stock twin-stacked exhaust.
