Ducati Darmah SD description

1978 Ducati Darmah 900SD searching for a new home for time and Love. I've had this Darmah in my collection for about 8 years but have only put a little more than 1,000 miles on it. My schedule and other projects have lead me to a reality that I need to release some other projects.

When stationed in Germany and riding the Darmah it started blowing a main fuse so it was parked in the corner until last year. During trouble shooting a pinched wire was found in the right handle bar switch (starter button) which was repaired and adjusted inside the switch housing.
Also, found the pick up wiring inside the left case to be corroded and still needs to be repaired. Included with the bike is a repair kit from BevelHeaven.

The original Conti's are in good corrosion free condition, one has a small dent that could be repaired.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and pick up arrangements. Bike will not be released until funds have cleared the bank wire or cash in hand. If you have no feedback or a new member your bid will be rejected unless you contact me first to explain. Serious bidders only!

No warrranty, again clear title in hand. Bike is located in Louisville Kentucky 40218.

Any questions please email.

Good Luck and happy bidding

Radical Ducati Closing Its Doors

Wed, 15 Jan 2014

Radical Ducati, the Madrid-based motorcycle shop known for its wild and exquisite custom Ducatis, has suddenly ceased operations.  On its Facebook page, Pepo Rosell who runs the shop alongside Reyes Ramon, posted, “It has been more than 15 years of passion, designing, fabricating, riding and developing my dreams. Now is time to stop and make a change in my life. I want to thanks all of you for your support and for share our passion.” The loss of Radical Ducati is certainly unexpected. While it’s a sad sight to see them go, thankfully the duo have created some of the most beautiful custom Ducatis on the planet, which will live on as a reminder of their legacy. So in their honor, I’ve created a photo gallery below of just a sampling of some of Rosell and Ramon’s best work.

Rossi Makes Progress but Hayden Suffers Shoulder Setback

Ducati continues to develop its Desmosedici GP12 MotoGP race bike, setting modest goals while trying to establish a good setup. Already trailing the other factory teams in development time for its race prototypes, Ducati continued to try to find good base settings for the GP12. Valentino Rossi achieved the team’s goal of lapping under two minutes and two seconds with a time of 2:01.886 while completing 44 laps on the second day of testing at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit.
