Cushman Step-Thru description

The pictures show a Custom Cushman Scooter that I am relisting.  I removed the scooter from the listing a couple of weeks ago because I couldn't get it running right---and I still can't.  Accordingly, I have reduced the price of the scooter quite a bit.  The problem are:  (1) I can not get the motor to idle low enough to keep the clutch from engaging OR (2) the motor is idling as low as it will go and the clutch is defective. The scooter has a brand new 212cc Predator motor and the clutch was advertised as being specifically for that motor.

The scooter was a Trailster that I customized into a step thru.  The tires and tubes are new---both front and rear.  The brakes (front and rear) are also new and work great. The handlebars are from a motorcycle; however, the throttle is Cushman Eagle.
The vintage headlight is not hooked up.  The black gas tank on the back of the scooter isn't connected to the motor but is clean and could be used---the motor has it's own tank.  The black seat is custom made.  I had to enter something in the "title" section so I  said "clear"; however, it comes with just a bill-of-sale.

This scooter would be perfect for someone that knows about carbs because I expect that it the problem with the idle.  I have messed with the scooter long enough and since we are downsizing, it is time to let it go.  A $500 deposit, via PayPal, is due at the end of the auction and the balance when the scooter is picked up.  Transporting the scooter is the responsibility of the buyer.  I will be glad to assist at this end but I can not take the scooter to a shipping company.  Thank you for looking.

After many trips to Italy, CorsaVino founder Arun Sharma, was exposed to Italian winemakers passion and obsession for quality and the detail that goes in to creating a fine wine.  Sharma, felt this kind of dedication resonated deeply with his appreciation for Italian motorcycles and sought out acclaimed winemaker Rich Cushman who also happened to have a passion for Italian motorcycles and started the CorsaVino winery. You can order this motorcycle branded wine through the CorsaVino website, prices range from $24-$55, but if you ride don’t drink and if you drink don’t ride. Source
