We are the the mid-wests number one custom bike shop and we build the baddest custom choppers in the country. We are a federaly liscenced manufacturer and issue titles with our bikes. Like these bikes pictured, they are examples of our popular base model chassis from entry level to all out radical. Starting at 33k, These bikes are 8-10 ft long depending on rakes and stretch and start with a made for (b.t.c.s.) exclusive one off chassis. this chassis is available in any rake or stretch and any combination of down tubes and backbones, 3.5in. drop seat, +2 in. stretch swingarm in 3- diffarent styles. inverted or telescoping front ends with 5 degree trees and intergrated caliper with hidden line. 21' x3.5 front and 18 x 10 rear renegade,colorado or pickard chrome wheels standard with metal sport 3-d chrome one off wheels (optional) matching sprocket/rotor with 120mm front and 300mm rear avon cobra tires standard. Custom cycle control systems polished air ride suspension standard.Your choice of any of our base model gas tanks standard. Custom 1-0ff metal fab work on tank, fenders, gussets, bars, seat pocket and motor mount standard. Your choice of chin spoilers (optional), Custom led turn signals frenched into the rear of swing arm (optional). Custom handmade handle bars with (b.t.c.s.) one off grips, spacers and streamline internal throttle standard, no hand controls (optional), frenched into handlebars 2'in.dakota digital speedo (optional). Billet H.H.I. forward and hand controls with matching Billet pegs standard. S.M.W. 120/127 inch 130/140 hp. show polished evo or pan head motor standard or upgrade to R&R billet 131-155 engines (optional), your choice of air cleaner standard. 1-off 2-2 or 2-1 exhaust standard. Baker rsd trans with b.t.c.s. tranz brake optional. A Tech cycle 3 inch open belt drive with intergrated oil filter exclusive to b.t.c.s. (optional). Angel Sandoval of Extreme Kustom Paint Works lays the mud and sprays the colors with his signature graphix/pinstriping covering every inch. A Jeff phipps custom hand laced exotic seat finishes it off. These bikes also have our special hidden wire and hyd. line option in the head tube and thruout the entire bike, oil lines are braided with matching fittings. Finishing it up with a headwinds style headlite and tech cycle taillite/plate bracket. (We take pride that our bikes use 100% made in america parts) no chinese or korean junk. Hundreds of hours have gone into this bike to make it a truely beautiful, flawless and ridable work of art. As an added bonus to our customers, we are a federaly liscenced motorcycle manufacturer so all of our builds come with a manufacturers title. This means easy registration with your dmv and hassle free insurance coverage. Our bikes speak for themselves. From prostreet to pro chopp, mild to wild, any rake, any stretch, 2.5 to 5 in. drop seats, air ride front and rear suspensions, any type of swingarm, any type of wheel and any size from 21-26 front and 17-21 rear 260-360 wide, any engine from 113-155 (under 113 = slow ass bike, criminal in some states). Our bikes are built to ride, go fast and look bad ass (not always in that order). Called “American Chopper Live – The Build-Off,” the show pitted the Orange County Chopper crew against Paul Jr. Designs and the irascible malcontent Jesse James.

I can’t count how many sunny Saturdays in my adult life I have spent lamenting the fact that yard work took precedent over being able to spend the entire day out riding my motorcycle.  Well, instead of wasting time dreaming, a farmer and motorcycle enthusiast managed to find a way to fix this problem by converting an old worn out ride on lawnmower into a chopper that actually, chops. Powered by a 17.5 HP Briggs and Stratton motor, the bike was constructed with the help of an old bed frame, an aluminum running board and parts from two old bikes. Now instead of choosing between going riding or doing yard work, this ingenious inventor can do both!

Most would think a radial airplane engine is best left for airplanes. Frank Ohle is not one of those people. This mad fabricator from Germany found himself in possession of a Rotec Radial R3600 airplane engine and decided the best place for it was not in the sky, but in fact on the ground, in a motorcycle.
