1979 Custom Built Motorcycles Chopper (1979)
1979 Custom Honda Chopper. I purchased this bike at the Mecum Auction last year and just don't have time to ride it and need space in my garage. Honestly I don't know much about the bike but it does run and drive good. I believe it is a 750cc engine and it has a kick start with a side arm shift (or you can use the foot pedal shifter) and rides nice. It starts right up and I've had it on the highway and all over town. It is definitely a unique bike with a cool look! I don't know that I'd take this bike across country but if you're looking for a fun weekend toy this is what you need. :) I bought this bike because it was inexpensive and had a cool look... now I'm selling it because I need space in my garage and I have to many toys. 2007 RPM custom chopper (FLYING PURPLE MOTHERSUCKER) multiple show winner, this is a one off custom built high end chopper that was featured in Barnett's and Full throttle magazine and back in 2007 when it was built. It's a Carolina customs frame with a Jerry's springer custom tribal front end, 120 inch Ultima El Bruto motor with 138 horsepower and a Slick shift 5 speed tranny with a BDL 31/2 inch top fuel open primary with a chain final drive. This is a Dominator frame, 200 rear tire, leftside drive, Do have MSO, built from Jesse James,. This frame has a Villian tank new unpainted, RC component rims new : rear is a 18 x 5.5 and the front is a 21 x 3 , the triple trees are Pro 1 and made for wide glide 41mm tubes which are new, The tubes a 41 mm tubes from DRAG spec also new I believe there 6 over. The CD will also feature Judas Priest, Ted Nugent, Blue Oyster Cult and many more… New episodes of American Chopper will start on Thursday, October 22nd at 9PM on TLC, but it will be in the second show of the season on October 29th that will focus on the making of the album and the building of the custom bike that appears on the CD cover. Fri, 14 Aug 2009Paul Teutul Sr. from OCC, once again finds himself in the spotlight, this time it’s for building the worlds first totally green custom motorcycle that was commissioned by Siemens. Some features of the bike include: a clutch-less transmission, 27-horsepower engine and a top speed of 100 mph. You can plug the bike into a standard 110-volt plug, takes 5 hours to fully charge and has a 60 mile range on a full charge. The Siemens Smart Chopper will go on tour this year to help promote green technology and will be auctioned off for charity at some point next year.

According to Teutal Sr., the Smart Chopper has a range of around 60 miles and can do up to 100mph.

Well, instead of wasting time dreaming, a farmer and motorcycle enthusiast managed to find a way to fix this problem by converting an old worn out ride on lawnmower into a chopper that actually, chops. Powered by a 17.5 HP Briggs and Stratton motor, the bike was constructed with the help of an old bed frame, an aluminum running board and parts from two old bikes. Now instead of choosing between going riding or doing yard work, this ingenious inventor can do both!
