Chopper Chopper description

Hello all, I have to sell my chopper, it is a 2006 Redneck Rocket 100" Rev Tech engine, 6 speed Baker tranny with belt drive. It has a custom purple paint Job with ghost skulls in it, ( amongst other things. ) I am going to put what I think is a very low reserve on it. It is a hardtail so remember that, but it goes real good. :) There will be no guarentees or warrentees implied or intended upon the sale of this bike. please feel free to email any questions. I will get to them a quickly as I can. Thanks for looking.

Custom Electric Motorcycle [video]

Fri, 14 Aug 2009

Paul Teutul Sr. from OCC, once again finds himself in the spotlight, this time it’s for building the worlds first totally green custom motorcycle that was commissioned by Siemens.  Some features of the bike include: a clutch-less transmission, 27-horsepower engine and a top speed of 100 mph.  You can plug the bike into a standard 110-volt plug, takes 5 hours to fully charge and has a 60 mile range on a full charge. The Siemens Smart Chopper will go on tour this year to help promote green technology and will be auctioned off for charity at some point next year.

The Nine-Cylinder Motorcycle

Most would think a radial airplane engine is best left for airplanes. Frank Ohle is not one of those people. This mad fabricator from Germany found himself in possession of a Rotec Radial R3600 airplane engine and decided the best place for it was not in the sky, but in fact on the ground, in a motorcycle.

Natural Habitats

SAM Christmas has been a professional photographer for the last 3 years and is the man behind Natural Habitats, a collection of photos covering the growing UK custom scene, showing bikes and their builders at home.    Sam's clients include the likes of Honda, Dainese, Google, Polo Jeans and Edwin denim but Natural Habitats is a personal project that took one and a half years to complete. I got to meet Sam when the exhibition opened in Shoreditch on Thursday evening.
