The one-of-a-kind bike, built by the 52-year-old tractor driver from Budapest, is made from water resistant black locust wood and is powered by a small engine donated from a Fiat. According to Teutal Sr., the Smart Chopper has a range of around 60 miles and can do up to 100mph.
