Chopper Chopper description

A prime example of a 1970's chopper. This bike was built two years ago for myself, its been on two trips through Idaho and Montana and is a great bike that not only gets looks wherever it goes but also handles great and is very fun to ride. Bike was built to ride so there are some blemishes on the chrome and paint but overall this bike is in great condition. You could easily take this bike to any show and walk away with a trophy if that's what you into. The bike is set up with a Pangea Speed Clutch which is one of the easiest I've ever operated. But it would be easy for someone to switch it back to a hand clutch though. All the hardware on this bike is either Stainless or Chrome! This bike has a Clear UT Title and is blue tagged, it is titled a 1969 Harley.

TRADES WELCOME- Open to all trades and trades+cash  just as long as the cars are pre-1940. Harleys of any kind! Newer bikes welcome and Harley softails of any year. If you got something hit me up!

For a VIDEO of just how great this bike runs and how great it handles go to- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xCwzCdaU2Lo

MOTOR- 93" Stroked STD Generator Shovelhead. Motor was balanced and runs very smooth, S&S flywheels, polished S&S rods, Sifton Cam, Rebuilt and polish heads, Chromalloy pushrods, S&S super E carb mini ED STF K&N air cleaner,  and everything polished!

TRANS- 1965 Panhead in great condition and fully polished.

FRAME- Early 70's "Jammer 74" frame. These were some of the first Harley aftermarket frames and what a lot of people used in the 70's and 80's.

SISSY BAR- Original 70's Cheetah Sissy Bar still has original chrome so some pitting but in overall great condition.

SEAT- Built the seat pans and had them covered in black leather. I regularly take the wife out on the town and the bike rides great and is comfortable for her and I.

FUEL TANK- Frisco'ed peanut tank that will get you 90+ miles depending on how your riding. Paint, pin striping and gold leaf where done professionally. Decal on side of tank was done by 0-GIVEN and is a exact re-pop of the original but also has gold leaf laid over it to give it some pop.

FRONTEND- 1970's Denver Choppers 13" over springer frontend with twisted front legs! One off rockers and new springs. You can easily ride down the road with one hand or no hands if you prefer.

WHEELS- Rear is a 1950's Panhead wheel with rebuilt star hub and all stainless spokes. New front spool wheel with stainless spokes. Tires are Avon's and have good tread left.

The Nine-Cylinder Motorcycle

Fri, 17 May 2013

Most would think a radial airplane engine is best left for airplanes. Frank Ohle is not one of those people. This mad fabricator from Germany found himself in possession of a Rotec Radial R3600 airplane engine and decided the best place for it was not in the sky, but in fact on the ground, in a motorcycle.
