The Spyder RT-S roadster adds a healthy dose of high tech features and premium styling elements over the base RT and RT Techno packages for a truly luxurious open air motoring experience including an electronically adjustable rear air suspension.
For the 2011 model year, BRP made several improvements to the RT family. A new front shock and sway bar calibration greatly reduce body roll for confident cornering without sacrificing comfort. Redesigned windshield and wind deflectors keep riders cooler during warm weather.
The Spyder RT-S package may include all the standard Spyder RT Audio & Convenience features, PLUS:
Electronically-adjustable rear air suspension with auto-leveling

Today the motorcycle press descended upon the Long Beach Convention Center to attend media day at the annual International Motorcycle Show. Will The Bombardier Trailtrike Make Trikes Cool?

Charles Bombardier, creator of the highly controversial Can-Am Spyder and grandson of the man who invented the snowmobile, thinks he has an idea to make trikes cool. It’s a tall order, considering most motorcycling circles banish three-wheelers as some kind of second class device, not worthy of mingling with true two wheelers. While Bombardier’s Trailtrike still has two wheels in front and one in back, he tells Popular Science the difference is that the Trailtrike can be ridden both on- and off-road.
