I'm offering for sale my 2003 Buell Xb9. 12k miles, FMF Exhaust, K&N Filter, and Remapped ECM. Bike runs and rides great! I added the Continental tires, ceramic brake pads, Renthal Bars, Custom Decal Works # Plate and FMF Exhaust to give it a Dirt Tracker look. Wheels are Plasti dip (peeling in some spots) I will have a Custom # plate made for the Buyer with your last name and Number. I will also include a newer set of Michelin Pilots 2CT and original take off parts, including factory bike cover and passenger rear pegs. Clean Clear Title in hand. NO TRADES

2013 AIMExpo: EBR to Distribute Hero Motorcycles in North America

Erik Buell Racing (EBR) announced at the 2013 AIMExpo that it will be distributing Hero brand motorcycles and scooters in North America. Specific models to be offered and pricing details have yet to be determined. “The actual EBR collaboration with Hero MotoCorp began in late 2011, when we were contracted to deliver a concept hybrid scooter for Hero in record time for the January 2012 Delhi show,” says EBR founder Erik Buell.

If you haven’t heard, or have seen the new 2010 Buell Blast, you should check it out before viewing the video below. Buell has re-branded itself over the last month or so and have been taking a very close look at themselves.  Not only did they change their logo, but they decided to put to rest a motorcycle that just didn’t fit what they really wanted to be making.  Sport bikes. So the 2010 Buell Blast is a crushed hunk of metal signifying the end of that model.  There will be no Blast in the future so don’t hold your breath!

AMA to Combine Daytona Sportbike and Supersport Classes in 2015

AMA Pro Racing announced plans to combine its Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes into a single category by the 2015 season. The two classes currently share many similarities including engine displacement regulations, minimum weight limits and eligible machines. The Supersport class has more restrictions on modifications and are limited to a maximum top speed of 165 mph while Daytona Sportbike machines are allowed to reach speeds up to 170 mph.
