The engine and frame are 1967 Hornet serial numbers. I have owned the bike for the last ten years and have made the following changes.
New Rims
Stainless Spokes
New wheel bearings
Dunlop K70 Tires
Low UK handlebars
Amal 930 concentric carburetors were new when I purchased the bike
New fork stanchions, bushings and springs
Hagon Shocks
Boyer ignition
Gel Battery
Fenders re-chromed by Atlantic Coast Plating
I have put 1850 miles on the bike

Bonhams Auctioning “Blur” Guitarist’s Motorcycles For Charity

Graham Coxon, British musician and lead guitarist for Blur, auctioning off seven of his personal motorcycles with proceeds benefitting NSPCC, the UK’s leading children’s charity. At last we have a brand new model of the beloved brand: after the success of Royal Enfield and Jawa, the British BSA has returned to service. The single-cylinder classic Gold Star will enter the European market - a spiritual successor to the original company's lineup, but with a completely modern filling. The novelty is equipped with a single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, two overhead camshafts and 4 valves per cylinder, a working volume of 652 cm3.
