1974 BMW R90S with non matching engine block (original matching bare block was subsequently found and comes with the bike). This is the 239th R90S ever built, making it a very early example. It still retains it's original wheels and solid front brake disks which are correct for this model year. Original and rebuilt Dellorto carburetors. Also has the early style switches, vastly better than the 1975 and 1976 style. Before the re-paint, the tank was internally cleaned and sealed with Caswell 2-part epoxy; ethanol-proof. Frame is straight, no damage.

It's a joy to ride and very comfortable despite what you may think about this styling. I'm 6'-1" tall and very comfortable on it. The bars are infinitely adjustable to suit your preference. Although this is a very custom R90S, nothing irreversible was done. So if you want to bring it back to it's factory stock configuration, it's easily do-able. The motorcycle got into the lenses of spy cameras during tests in Germany. It is expected that the novelty will be equipped with a 300 cc single-cylinder power plant.
WSBK: 2011 Utah Results
Tue, 31 May 2011Carlos Checa extended his lead in the 2011 World Superbike Championship, winning both races at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park. The Althea Ducati racer recorded his second double of the season and now has six wins in ten races. Checa also scored the double in Utah in 2008 when Miller Motorsports Park made its debut on the WSBK calendar.

A bike in a similar vein to previous bikes in the RC series, the RC30, RC45 and RC51, aimed squarely at winning races. So what's it going to look like?
