2012 Bmw S 1000 RR, whiteRR - This is a gorgeous bike in perfect condition. It has ABS, DTC, gear shift assistant, full Akrapovic exhaust system with power commander, custom rider seat, LED turn signals, rear seat cowling, R&G Racing frame sliders, fender eliminator, Zero Gravity tinted buble windshield, carbon fiber rear mud guard and chain guard, and lots of custome decals. When we build a superbike, we have no time for second best. Presenting the very latest in racing power, the 2012 S 1000 RR. With an aluminum bridge, radial brakes, a super sporty tail-up nose-down design, hot colors and the ultimate combination of electronic rider assistance. The Race ABS, includes four modes, two for the road and two for the track, a banking rotation speed, gear-related Dynamic Traction Control (DTC) which allows slip. Never before has it been so easy to keep so much power under control. This is as true on public roads as it is on the racetrack. European Parliament Makes ABS Mandatory, Tighten Emissions Standards by 2016
Wed, 21 Nov 2012The European Parliament voted overwhelmingly in favor of new rules that would increase emission standards and make anti-lock braking systems mandatory for all new large motorcycles, scooters and trikes and quads by 2016. The new regulations, which would still need approval from European Union member states, may only directly affect Europe, but they will have a wide-reaching affect on manufacturers’ product development for other markets. BMW, for example, has already made ABS standard for all its motorcycles for 2013.

This marks the third consecutive year of record sales, following the 106,358 motorcycles in 2012 and 104,286 motorcycles sold in 2011. We already knew BMW was going to have a banner year last month, when the German manufacturer passed its 2012 figures in just 11 months.
