2012 BMW F800ST, The last year of a model is always the best. This one is a 2012 with only 9,544 one-owner miles and has a factory build consisting of side cases, ABS, clear turn indicators, heated grips, on-board computer and center stand. The two-tone Lupin Blue and Black Sapphire looks great and this one only has a very minor marks on the cases lids, center panel of the "fuel tank" and left side fairings. Greg Tracy to Ride Amarok P1A Electric Sportbike for Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

Canada’s Amarok Racing has secured quite a coup in signing six-time Pikes Peak International Hill Climb winner Greg Tracy to ride its P1A electric superbike for the 2013 edition of the event. Tracy has six class victories in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, winning in 1996, 1999, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010. His victories have come riding motorcycles from several manufacturers: Honda, Yamaha, BMW and, more recently, Ducati.

BMW Reports 14% Sales Increase in US in 2012

BMW reported sales of 12,057 motorcycles in the U.S. in 2012, representing a 14.0% increase on the 10,572 units sold in 2011. Leading the way was the S1000RR, with BMW selling 1,934 of the sportbikes this year.

BMW Acquires Original Factory

BMW has acquired a 3.2-acre parcel of land that includes the company’s original factory. Built in 1918, the historic site in the Milbertshofen district of Munich, Germany, housed BMW’s original aircraft engine production plant. The company says the land will become the new home for BMW Group Classic, a subsidiary that documents BMW’s past.
