2010 BMW R1200RT, *New arrival* This is a nice one-owner R1200RT that we sold new and we have looked over this bike since day one. The factory build is a nice one and it consists of: - ESA II- audio system w/ AM-FM radio and iPod connection- heated seats- heated grips- cruise control- on-board computer- accessory socket- tire pressure monitoring We have performed all the scheduled services on this bike 600, 6,000, 12,000, 18,000, 24,000 and the 30,000 mile services. The 30,000 mile service was completed on 7/9/13 when the bike had 28,715 miles and we will be completing a safety inspection, oil and filter change and anything else it may need at this time. The bike is very clean with no signs of a drop or crash only a few marks on the side cases from being used and moved around in the garage. BMW has released additional information breaking down its record 2011 sales. As previously reported, the German manufacturer sold a record 104,286 units in 2011, with a 7.4% year-on-year growth in the United States alone. According to BMW, the company sold 10,203 units in the U.S., making it the third largest market for BMW, behind Germany (20,002 units) and Italy (13,600 units).

BMW Partners with India’s TVS Motor, Plans Sub-500cc Models

  BMW announced it has signed a long-term agreement with Indian manufacturer TVS Motor to develop and produce small-displacement motorcycles. The two companies have been in discussions for several months now, but alliance is only now official. Under the agreement, BMW and TVS will work together to develop a new model with an engine displacement smaller than 500cc.
