2007 BMW K Series R, For Sale: My pristine 2007 BMW K1200 sport R. ADULT OWNED AND DRIVEN. If you are looking for a BMW well cared for and babied look no further! Hardly ridden but well maintained! Always serviced by BMW and have all the accompanying records. Never laid down or driven in the rain. ALWAYS GARAGED! This was just a fun bike I would drive on occasion. This bike drives like a 600 as it is so well balanced, but has the power of a 1200. It has heated grips and ABS. I also purchased the optional tank bag with rain gear in it. But I am also throwing in a Garmin Navigation system that is mounted to the handlebars. This item alone is worth over $500. MINI Scooter E Concept Revealed
Thu, 23 Sep 2010MINI has just officially revealed not one, but two of its MINI Scooter E Concepts that will officially debut at the Paris Auto Show next week. Created to bring together a youth-oriented lifestyle element and sustainable mobility, the scooters take significant design cues from the MINI lineup of cars while using a lithium-ion battery pack to deliver guilt-free mobility. Making the MINI E Scooter Concept almost excessively hip is its smartphone integration, where the owner’s iPod or similar device acts as the actual key for the scooter, clicking into a central docking station between the handlebars.

Mon, 15 Mar 2010THERE'S SOMETHING rather cruel about ringing the nuts out of any bike on a dyno - a bit like poking a lion through the bars of a cage with a long stick... Anyway, not quite sure where I'm going with that one, so here's a rather lovely clip of BMW's much-lauded S1000RR getting a stationary pasting on a dyno. Not sure I'd be standing at the rear, mind you.
BMW Maintains Sales Momentum into 2014
Tue, 11 Feb 2014After three straight years of record motorcycle sales, you’d think things would eventually start slowing down for BMW. Instead, the German manufacturer continues to roll on the throttle with an impressive start to 2014. BMW announced sales of 5,438 motorcycles and scooters in January, up from the 4,818 motorcycles sold in the same month in 2013.
