Great ergonomics and plenty of luggage capacity for the long haul, and amazing handling to take your tour into the tight twisties. The engine has tons of torque at lower RPM. And the power keeps on coming all the way through the rev range. This one is nicely maintained, and it is in really nice condition. It has loads of features like electronic cruise control, electronically adjustable windshield, heated grips, electronic suspension adjustment which lets you choose different levels of stiffness for different riding conditions, and an on-board computer to let you know MPG, miles-to-empty, average MPH, ambient temperature, and engine oil level. Survey Says Harley-Davidson and BMW Motorcycles Less Reliable Than Japanese – But Owners Don’t Care

A new survey conducted by the Consumer Reports National Research Center finds BMW and Harley-Davidson  owners are much more likely to report major problems with their motorcycles than owners of Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha motorcycles. The survey, which will appear on the April 2013 issue of Consumer Reports, says one in three BMW owners reported experiencing a major problem with their bikes in the last four years. Harley-Davidson owners were slightly better, with one in four reporting serious issues.

Larry Pegram’s EBR 1190RX AMA Race Livery Looks Sharp!

In January news broke that Larry Pegram would be teaming up with Erik Buell Racing to race the 1190RX in AMA Superbike. At the time no official photos were revealed, but that’s all changed as Pegram posted these pictures of his completed 1190RX in full race livery on his Facebook page. These photos were captured during team testing in Florida, and the colors show off the all-American design motif.
