BMW Other description

2003 BMW R1200CLC CUSTOM, *New arrival* We haven't seen a CLC in awhile. This is a pretty nice two-owner Capri Blue with 34,302 miles and we will be completing a safety inspection and servicing this bike soon. So far so good; the tires look healthy and there are fresh brake pads front and rear. There are a couple of light blemishes on the side cases and front fender but it looks good overall. Nicely equipped from the factory too with a build consisting of:ABS Integral FullSoft Touch SeatHeated SeatHeated GripsCruise ControlChrome PackageRadio In addition there are engine bars and side case bars to help protect the bike in the event of a drop. We will update the listing as soon as our work is done. Call John (x125) at 603.964.2877 with questions or to reserve this machine.

30th Anniversary Edition BMW K1300S Announced for EICMA

Thu, 25 Oct 2012

BMW announced it will mark the 30th anniversary of its K series with a special edition K1300S. The 2013 BMW K1300S “30 Jahre K-Modelle” will be presented at the 2012 EICMA show in Milan, Italy in a couple of weeks’ time. Though perhaps not as popular as BMW‘s R series boxer models, the K series served as a platform for a number of technologies that were either new for BMW or new for the motorcycle industry.

Back in the eighties and early nineties if you wanted racing success in the Supersport class Avon tyres would be your most likely weapon of choice.

Fake motorcycle police. Why?

Tue, 17 Jan 2012

People who like to pretend they're police baffle me and annoy me in equal measure. I took this picture the other day at Cobham, about to join the A3 heading to Guildford. I guessed that the guy on the left had just bought his rather fetching BMW off the guy on the right.
