BMW K1200LT is stock and it's just waiting for the customer who wants to cover big miles in luxury and comfort, either 1 up or with a passenger. The K1200LT features BMW's watercooled, inline 1200cc powerplant for effortless high speed travel and this particular LT (Think Luxury Tourer) features some well thought out options like aux wind deflectors (in conjunction with the oversize and electrically adjustable windscreen) Garmin GPS mount, flashing modulated brake lamp, Integrated radio system including separate controls for the passenger, aux power outlets and more. With 6, 000+ miles on the odometer, this is no flawless quot;garage queen.quot; It's got a few blemishes from it's time on the road. Most notable are some very light scars on the right side fairing just in front of the rider's footpeg (see the pics) -as if it had been very lightly dropped over at some point in it's life.

Wed, 08 Dec 2010Apart from the freaky weather I have to say last week’s Carole Nash Motorcycle Live N.E.C. show was the best Birmingham event I've attended in the ten years. I really appreciate the fact that manufacturers chose to ignore the recession giving us great stands to cater for every enthusiast young and old. Aprilia made a welcome return and I don’t know anyone that didn’t enjoy admiring the WSB RSV4, surely the the most gorgeous bike on the planet? The Honda stand rarely disappoints and this year was no exception with banking bikes providing fun for all the family.
BMW bling and new mittens
Fri, 08 Jul 2011An hour and a half in my shed was all it took to bolt two boxes of goodies from R&G Racing on to my S1000RR. The casing covers (£190.00), cotton reels (£25.49 ), frame inserts(£21.00) and crash protectors (£67.99)are a doddle to bolt on and come with all the necessary allen bolts. The multi adjustable rearsets (£350.00) are equally as easy to fit (they must be if I can do it) and also come with clear instructions.

Tue, 24 Jan 2012New BMW World Superbike recruit, Marco Melandri has been using the Bavarian manufacturer's connection to Husqvarna to get himself a nice new motocross bike for the off-season. Melandri has been riding the Husky TC250 in preparation for the 2012 season, whilst the winter testing ban was in effect.
