BMW K-Series description

1998 BMW K1200rs in excellent condition. 150 actual miles on this bike. I have the "Auto Check" Report and the AZ. VIN.Report . Everything checks out O.K..
The bike had 78 miles on her when I purchased her from a local gentleman here in August from E-Bay. This beauty came from an estate settlement in Southern California and was kept in a climate controlled show room.

The only reason I am selling this bike is because of my back and knee problems. I really hate to let her go, but the fact is I need a smaller bike that is not as heavy as this one.

But that’s not all that’s changed on the RT as Editor-in-Chief Kevin Duke points out in the video below from the 2013 EICMA show floor. With a new K1600GT-inspired look, more power and a number of factory-installed options, one of our favorite touring bikes is better than ever.   Get the Flash Player to see this player.

Homemade Diesel V6 Motorcycle

Mon, 02 Mar 2009

Get the Flash Player to see this player. For as long as motorcycles have been around, so too has there been an interest in modifying them. While many people opt for pin striping or aftermarket exhaust pipes, Michael Sturtz decided to drop a diesel V6 engine into his motorcycle.
