2004 Aprilia Rsv 1000 R Sportbike on 2040-motos
Aprilia RSV tech info
Aprilia RSV description
2004 Aprilia Rsv 1000 R, I am the second owner of this beautiful Aprilia RSVR1000RR. Meticulously maintained and serviced with a recent replacement of rear caliper and pads including updated master cylinder from AF1 Racing. Upgrades include Power Commander II, DYNO tested, OHLINS rear suspension, Full Race Exhaust from Akropovic, Custom Rearsets aluminum billet from Gilless, race type air filters and PUIG windscreen. The bike is a 60 degree V Twin from ROTAX with a outstanding exhaust note from the Akropovic Exhuasts. This motorcycle is known for its massive torque that it produces out of the corners and starts. Michelin tires will probably need to be replaced in 500 to 800 miles. I did have an incident about 4 years ago where the bike fell off the trailer . There was no structural damage, engine or any components damaged. All damage was confined to left fairing , left mirror, front cowling and left exhaust that was scratched but replaced with a new exhaust on that side. Bike performs as well as ever and attracts a lot of comments. The ECU was replaced by me due to a crack that occurred on the screen. Therefore, the mileage shows mileage since replacement. I have the original that shows amount of mileage at time of replacement. All in all , the bike has about 8100 miles on it. These Aprilia ECUs from the factory are a $1000 item. Ouch for me. I am selling this bike because of my age and time constraints plus I have several other bikes ( 2 BMWs) that I own also. Please call with any questions. $6,800.00 9012300233
